Pros

- Comfortable uniform - Customer interactions can make your day

Cons

-Meal credit is taken out of pay, even if you don't eat. -New PTO system is terrible, especially for anyone who tends to pick up a lot of extra shifts - Pandemic was handled terribly. Pay cuts, one person shifts, and refusing to let stockholders sell when they needed the money most....

Hi there, All stockholder sale requests have been honored and paid and will continue to be. Large requests had to be paid out more slowly than in pre-COVID times due to cash availability. Paid Time Off caps out at 60 hours currently but we aim to raise that cap over time. At 1 hour for every 30 hours worked, it takes a full year for someone working 35 hours every week to max out at 60 hours of PTO. Grill Operator pay was cut temporarily, but all rates have been restored to pre-COVID rates. Thank you for all your hard work!

Pros

Solid pay for the industry Okay benefits Employee stock purchase plan Pretty consistent hours The actual work is difficult, but fun after you get good at it. Upward momentum is difficult, but the pay scales very well if you work your way up into management. Prepare for intense work if you do though.

Cons

They hire everyone, and your team will make or break your experience. Genuine safety concerns on 3rd shift. You need to be prepared for people to act out. Senior management only have operation management skills. They are not good "people" managers at all. Only "number" managers.
