Welcoming atmosphere from new colleagues, good respect for the fact that many part-time workers have other responsibilities. Good salary and benefits even in entry level positions.
Cons
As cost cutting has become more apparent due to market competition, some benefits have been withdrawn from partners. Also an evident drop in overtime given, which is often useful income for part-time staff.
