Colleagues are friendly and good management. The pay is reasonable plus the employee bonus. Good encouragement to take up progressive activities as the partnership will pay a percentage of the fees.
Cons
Work may sometimes conflict with your education schedules or other important dates, however finding cover is achievable if you give good notice.
