Pros
The salary is good and the business model is good for all partners in the business. Also, the discount for Waitrose and John Lewis is a good incentive.
Cons
Never enough staff in the cafe and counters especially, none of the managers listen to anything you have to say if you're below them. There was never enough training for new cafe and counter partners which quite frankly is a risk to customers.
