Pros
- Great company - Lovely people- made life long friends and was like a big family there - Able to get supervisor position and welcome desk which develops skills and improves CV - Love the discount - Bonus - Subsidised dining room - Flexible job for students - Management - Progression opportunities - Atmosphere
Cons
- Pay (although it's great when you are a student) - Uniform - Rude customers - Anti social hours - Bonus is not as high as it used to be - Great for when you are 23 and under but horrible to work there once you are in your mid 20's (unless you are part time or management) - Sometimes boring
