Good benefits & pay. Okay progression if you’re willing to work for it.
Cons
Upper management turn a blind eye to how partners are doing. Only care about the KPIs. As long as the work is getting done they don’t look at the shortcuts made or the effort people have put in. Promotions often seem to be based on if your face fits/if you’re friends with DBMS.
