Some pros but a lot of cons - Team Leader Waitrose Employee Review

Extremely disjointed management, with none seeming to agree on what’s what day to day. Few extremely good managers, who are very hands on, proactive and realistic. But overshadowed by numerous very stand-offish managers, who seem to have no idea the work that people put in day to day. Consistently very short staffed, leading to some people carrying out the tasks of 2+ staff members.
