They say they have an open door policy, But the minute you Speak up, issues are look the other way. Certain employees and managers are crooked ,Nothing is ever done. They never get fired. If you’re manager and store manager Really like you, you can call off whenever you want and you’re covered. But it isn’t the same for others. If you’re not in there click, they find ways to get you written up. Many of the store managers leave early, don’t help their team, give rigorous workloads that are micromanaged. Too cheap to fix anything, they don’t wanna pay to have technicians fix Too cheap to fix anything, they don’t wanna pay to have technicians fix anything, So you work with equipment that’s broken, customers are upset and take it out on you, you will work without AC because that is a high expense to have fixed. The rules are different for everybody. They won’t allow shift leaders to get into their programs that Pay for your PTC be certification/certified pharmacy technician license because they’re too afraid you will obtain the license and leave Walgreens. But they will pay for cashiers/floor staff and assistant store managers to get that training and licensing.
