Great hours! Being a Cap 1 associate means you work from 4 am to 1 pm. Cap 1 associates typically also get up to 40 hours a week.
Cons
You don't get benefits until you've been with the company for six months.

Cons
Understaffing issues negatively affects all parts of their business. However, Walmart has increased their minimum hourly rate with hopes to attract more committed employees, and retain better employees.
