Thank you for sharing your experience and for highlighting the training you received during your time with Walser Automotive Group. We’re proud of the investment our teams make in developing new talent, and it’s great to hear that the training helped you build valuable experience early in your sales career. You’re also right that the automotive industry can come with long days and weekend schedules, which are often part of serving our customers when they’re available. We continually look for ways to support our teams while balancing the needs of the business and our guests. We appreciate the time you spent with us and wish you continued success in your career. Pros

Good training, base salary, benefits like health insurance, 401k. Good pay plan for high volume dealerships.

Cons

Pay plan is entirely based on volume, and some rooftops are doing in a day what others do in a week. Do your research as to where you go because you can't switch to another dealership until you have tenure. The volume at Toyota is insane. Meanwhile I'm next door at the Buick GMC dealership and our volume is terrible, and I can't switch for months. I'm likely going to have to quit.
