Thank you for sharing your feedback. While we're glad you found the opportunity to learn valuable, but we’re sorry to hear that your experience didn’t fully meet your expectations, especially regarding the compensation and our leadership's organization. We continuously work to improve our support and processes. Your input will help guide us in making necessary adjustments. If you have any specific suggestions on how we can enhance the experience for future employees, we would appreciate hearing them. I would be happy to speak with you directly about your feedback if you're willing. My email is Ltrett@Walser.com. Sincerely, Lindsey Trett Walser's Director of Talent Acquisition

Pros

Good training, base salary, benefits like health insurance, 401k. Good pay plan for high volume dealerships.

Cons

Pay plan is entirely based on volume, and some rooftops are doing in a day what others do in a week. Do your research as to where you go because you can't switch to another dealership until you have tenure. The volume at Toyota is insane. Meanwhile I'm next door at the Buick GMC dealership and our volume is terrible, and I can't switch for months. I'm likely going to have to quit.
