It's always rewarding to know that these important aspects of our workplace resonate positively with our team members. We understand that occasionally coming in on a day off can be a challenge, and we are continually working to find a balance that supports both our business needs and our employees' personal time. Your input helps us improve and refine our processes, and we truly value it. We wish you the very best in your future endeavors and thank you again for being part of our journey. If you're ever interested in returning to the company in the future, please reach out to us! Sincerely, Lindsey Trett Walser's Director of Talent Acquisition

Pros

Good training, base salary, benefits like health insurance, 401k. Good pay plan for high volume dealerships.

Cons

Pay plan is entirely based on volume, and some rooftops are doing in a day what others do in a week. Do your research as to where you go because you can't switch to another dealership until you have tenure. The volume at Toyota is insane. Meanwhile I'm next door at the Buick GMC dealership and our volume is terrible, and I can't switch for months. I'm likely going to have to quit.
