Amazing company to work for! Pay could be better for the role you’re in. - Sales Associate Walser Employee Review

Pros

The training is exceptional. The people are amazing! Your understanding of the automotive industry grows the most here.

Cons

You take the role of Sales and Finance Manager (F&I)… the pay doesn’t represent that. Sometimes, there’s also a lot of pressure to meet quota (but that maybe an overall sales role).

Thank you for sharing your experience and for being a part of the Walser team. We’re happy to hear that you found our training impactful and enjoyed working with the great people in our organization. The culture, education, and people are vital to our success. It’s especially rewarding to know that your understanding of the automotive industry grew during your time here—personal and professional development is something we take great pride in fostering. We recognize that sales roles can come with high performance demands, including meeting key metrics and goals. We appreciate your perspective on this. Your feedback regarding compensation, particularly given the focused responsibilities of the Sr. Finance Performance Manager, is important to us. We’re committed to continually evaluating our pay structures to ensure they align with the effort, business focus, and expertise our team members bring to their roles. Thank you again for recommending Walser and for your positive remarks about our leadership team and business outlook. Your contributions have made a difference, and we wish you continued success in your career journey! Sincerely, Lindsey Trett Walser's Director of Talent Acquisition

Pros

Good training, base salary, benefits like health insurance, 401k. Good pay plan for high volume dealerships.

Cons

Pay plan is entirely based on volume, and some rooftops are doing in a day what others do in a week. Do your research as to where you go because you can't switch to another dealership until you have tenure. The volume at Toyota is insane. Meanwhile I'm next door at the Buick GMC dealership and our volume is terrible, and I can't switch for months. I'm likely going to have to quit.
