Pros
Family oriented Very safety oriented and becoming much better lately. Great group of people to work with. Company truck.. for now Lots of overtime opportunity Going in the right direction with recent restructuring of management.
Cons
Lots of overtime opportunity. (Yes, a pro and con) Many years of miscommunication and incompetence from various levels have made inventory an issue before there were even supply chain problems. Past favouritism made going to work sometimes a chore. (this appears to be changing as there has been a recent change of management)
