      Pros

      Before they laid off all the machinists and shut down the machine shop so they could farm out all the machine work to India and make more profit, It was a pretty laid back shop. Do your job and do it well and you were left alone, you might even get a pat on the back every year or so!

      Too many chiefs and not enough indians!
