      Pros

      I don't really have anything nice to say about this place. Some people there are nice. Drinks & snacks provided along with breakfast on Friday mornings.

      Cons

      The worst place I have ever worked. A partner that does whatever he wants & treats people horribly! Make a small error, be expected to be yelled at & called names. Health insurance is a complete joke! The premiums and co-insurance are so high that it isn't even worth having! Would never work for this company again! Pay is severely below billed hour amount.

      - Performance guidance is heavily gated, requiring excessive escalation and circling back to achieve baseline clarity on the simplest things. - Frequent disruption of autonomous relationship-building by inserting unnecessary layers of leadership intervention when attempting to take initiative.
