      Pros

      Over 5 1/2 years working for Webster - still feels as if I just started and in that honeymoon phase. The company truly stands behind their values on a daily basis and treat employees as family not a number.

      Cons

      When extremely happy there is no cons. Of course long days happen at work randomly. I love what I do and I love the people I work with
