      Pros

      The benefits are just okay and the salaries can be competitive if you negotiate.

      Cons

      Very dysfunctional management, poor communication between and within departments. Very limited chances for advancement and lots of favoritism. If you know and get in with the right people (kiss butt?) you can go far. This is not about store associates but the Store Support Center in Sunbury.

      Advancement can be difficult Christmas Day is the only guaranteed vacation day you’ll have off Pay is not the greatest
