Pros
Speaking only for the software office -- very supportive environment, interesting work, lots of freedom, flexibility, cooperation. Nice work environment.
Cons
While I was there there were almost no women. After I left I heard the entire department that was mostly women got laid off, and the rest quit. I'm sure they'd say it's a coincidence, but unless they hired already after recent layoffs there are NO WOMEN AT ALL in software development and that's suspicious to me. I already felt super awkward about working in a room full of well-paid white men, just down the hall from a room full of super diverse, low-paid contract workers, and now it's even worse.
