      Timeshare is a scam so people would call in so upset that they couldn’t use their weeks to travel. Minimal work life balance, scheduling sucks.

      Pros

      Initially was remote. Hiring management team was supportive. I received very good performance reviews throughout my tenure, although poor raises.

      Cons

      Complete inflexibility on policy regardless of situation or family need. Poor pay. Changed from 100% remote to in-office full time overnight with no differential for additional costs. Was initially hired at a lower rate due to being 100% remote. Additionally, did not pay earned and accrued PTO upon departure. Nowhere to advance unless you are a timeshare expert.
