Pros
If you are in a pinch and need a job with benefits, and can pass their interview process, sure, go for it
Cons
This place is a total dumpster fire of execs that have no idea how to manage a business and a director level that’s 100% unable to change a thing. I spent way too much time of my life here consistently working well over 40hr a week delivering for one of our toughest clients for essentially nothing. And in the highest inflationary environment in over 20 years this company refused to raise salaries one bit. Health care costs up. All other costs up. WillowTree? “We don’t have the budget.” Thanks for being a sucker and thinking your loyalty and driving client success would be rewarded. Their stock? In the toilet as AI eats their lunch and they play around with whatever the heck FuelIX is. And now TELUS put in an offer to buy the whole thing back. Execs? Half of them were grandfathered in from the WillowTree days and couldn’t manage their way out of a paper bag. Good riddance. I don’t know what this place is going to look like in 3 years but I’m also not interested in sticking around to find out
