      Pros

      They really did try to take care of their employees and had great benefits, best health insurance I have ever had. There was some growth opportunity, took care of the employees after layoffs (two months pay, 3months of health insurance.

      Cons

      Massive layoffs, (possibly from investor influence) didn't increase salary as often as I felt they should have.
