Very forward thinking company that is absolutely trying to do its part on making sure everyone is learning as much as possible.

Definitely have the workload that we absolutely need more help.

Benefits are pretty good and work life are great

Adding more overhead and expecting the operations members to pay for increased low value positions. Many departments have tripled in size the last 2 years without any visible increase in positive impact. Many new senior managers don't have industry experience and make decisions that don't keep Woolpert competitive. Support functions have gone downhill in the last several years with new people being added. A lot of good talk by some without follow through.
