Very good work environment and lean communication part Great place to work with a big set of initiatives to make it a cool place to work Good innovative mindset. If you need help or support and shout out for it to your team mates or anyone else in the Organisation, response times are incredible good. Leadership team does really care about people and culture
Cons
Working remote is sometime a challenge in regards of staying part of the social community at Workfront. Even with videoconferencing, chat tools etc.
