I have been working at Workfront full-time (More than 3 years)

    Pros

Workfront has one of the best cultures I've ever been a part of. Everyone is smart, friendly, professional and focused. Customers love our product. The company is growing quickly and there are a lot of opportunities for growth and advancement.

    Cons

There is a lot of change. Limited stock offerings. There really aren't too many cons.

I have been working at Workfront full-time (Less than a year)

    Pros

Free food pretty often (breakfasts, lunches, snack food)
    Free 10 minute massages weekly
Free Coffee / Tea / Hot Chocolate
    Free Soda fountains
Free golf passes / driving range passes
Video game corner (Xbone / PS4)
    Pool table
    Ping Pong table
    Good health benefits
    401K matching
    HSA contributions
    Phone plan credit
    Friendly environment
    Good career advancement plans
Company itself has high growth potential

    Cons

I have never heard anyone in management say something along the lines of "We want you to keep a healthy work-life balance."
Management sometimes has expectations set so high that you cannot meet them if only working 40 hours a week.
Different managers contradict each other, employee ends up having to decide which manager they're actually trying to please.

    Advice to Management

Get on the same page as each other.
Streamline communication to employees so there's no way Manager A can request one thing while Manager B requests something different, with both expecting their requests to be fulfilled in the same time period.

I have been working at Workfront full-time

    Pros

They have a true team/family atmosphere. They have unlimited PTO. Yes you heard right, Unlimited PTO. They have an amazing Customer Experience team that includes the best Support Department I have ever seen. My shout outs to Aaron Wood the Tier 1 Support Engineers team manager. The CTO, Steve ZoBell, is in my opinion one of the coolest and most focused on quality people I have ever met. He can keep you smiling at work while you pump out great product. HR is the most approachable, HR department I have worked for. Really friendly and you feel they have a true concern for the company's employees needs and wants. The CEO, Alex Shootman, is also very approachable. He wears a friendly smile and you can get a sense of the brilliant mind within. He believes in what the company does and trickles that enthusiasm down to everyone. He's focused on making sure we are providing a great product and a great customer service feel to each interaction. The Educators are awesome here at Workfront. And that is not a biased opinion ;)

    Cons

Not really any cons I can think of. Maybe a slight tendency to hire from the outside rather than the talent within at some positions.

    Advice to Management

Keep the focus on employee happiness and encourage departments to hire within. The employees will reward the company with great product, loyalty, and work ethic.

I have been working at Workfront full-time (More than 3 years)

    Pros

Up and to the right is how we are moving....and quickly. We are hiring the right execs to get us there including great CEO, EVP, SVP of Channel, SVP of HR...others.

    Cons

There has been some recent churn, always happens at the end of the year as people look for new opportunities in 2017. It happens at every growing and non growing software companies.

    Advice to Management

Positive change will always bring a bit of turbulence. Hang in there and see the long term, this is a great company with amazing people and customers.

I worked at Workfront full-time (More than a year)

    Pros

Nice benefits and decent work space.
Perks are great but that's really where it ends
Outside of your interview don't expect to interact with the VP over you

    Cons

Zero efforts from management to help employees. VP doesn't care about people jus numbers and managers provide zero value and training for employees. Straight garbage. Managers are first to throw their team members under the bus

    Advice to Management

Advice to management get some management who can provide value and support for the employees.
