Have you ever sat there and said to yourself - "if only I had worked at that company before it became so amazing and well known - what could I have become"? Whether it's Google, Salesforce, Apple or so many other brands that started as smaller enterprises with a dream and a vision for great things, most of us have thought it. Well - welcome to Workfront! My line manager is one of the best I have ever had and I am very happy and proud to have joined Workfront. The vision is to become one of the first OSR's for Work and we have the capability to make that happen with more amazing people alongside us.
Cons
Yes, there is truth in a few of the negative comments. As with any company that is looking to cross the chasm to become an Enterprise company there are growing pains, mistakes that are made and challenges that engulf people. I believe that strength and growth come only through continuous effort and some struggle and this is not any different to almost any company I have worked for.
