Pros
Workfront has very open, friendly and enjoyable working atmosphere. Though company itself is not small (has > 500 employees) it stays on top of the new technologies by continuously improving both the product and the processes.
Cons
As every established mid-size company Workfront has its own customized product development and delivery processes that sometimes feel like overkill especially before the code freeze and during regression cycles.
