Pros

- commitment to workplace flexibility and remote work - all employees can work where they work best - competitive pay and benefits (great health benefits, pto, vto, wellbeing days, a global day of service) - meaningful work (feel valued for my skills and experience) - commitment to DEIB

Cons

- not great at collaboration (too many cooks in the kitchen) - nor always included in conversations or decisions that impact my job - culture and job satisfaction varies greatly by department/leaders (I'm one of the lucky ones)

Pros

- Easy to climb the ladder if you're a leadership favorite. - If you're a cis white fe/male you'll be able to promote. - People try to act nice.

Cons

- DEI removed and no longer practiced. Documented cases of discrimination leading to termination. No plans to address. - People leadrship doubles down on ignorant leadership. - Tons of things done to seem like they're checking a box or have a defense against litigation. - PTO removed for FTO to clear balances for investors. - Stock constantly going down due to chaotic leadership unclear of what to do. - Favoritism puts up blinders and people hindering the culture are praised and rewarded. - Pay for performance culture but given all the issues stated (and wait, there's more!) tends to not apply. Also the pay is low, they only target the 50th percentile. - High performers are more like high whiners. - Pushing AI so heavily, tracking token usage and tying that to outcomes biasedly. - Lack of proper data collection & analysis. - People run off vibes and guesses rather than actual analysis.
