      Pros

      Company has good stated values concerning diversity and inclusion, and will gladly tell you how much they appreciate you. You mostly will not get hounded and micromanaged (but you still will depending on your lead/sup). They tell you that a lot. They love to say it. To say it.

      Cons

      The compensation is not adequate, and today the top executive confirmed that it won't be changing. 40hrs/week will not be changing, and we were condescendingly told to manage our time better. They gaslight us about people quitting and the constant calls for pay evaluation. They won't see reality, and they'll tell you that you don't see it either. This company has no place in my future.

      Great early years culture… Smart / Top Tier Talent and Capabilities

      Cons

      Lost what made them special… culture made obvious shift from “People are our Greatest Resource” to “We are a Numbers Driven Organization”… Think that corporate event closing comment changed around 2018/2019
