      Es nueva en CR apenas tiene poco más de un año así que no hay asociación solidarista, también me habría gustado el primer día haber tenido un detalle como desayuno dado por la empresa y almuerzo así como salveque para la computadora y el reembolso de un uber para volver a casa con todo cuando uno no tiene carro El aumento anual podría ser mejor, como la mayoría de transnacionales que mínimo es un 5% normalmente

      Tools are very good to work with

      Cons

      They lie alot, promise alot of possible opportunities and in the end will off shore your role for a cheaper cost immediately. New rules about relocation, management is very good at saying what you want to hear and not follow up. Culture does not allow for any suggestions or feedback, if you do not get along with off shore team, you are not considered viable
