      Pros

      My experience with Woundtech has so far been a positive one. My Manager has provided me with opportunities to use my initiative to develop and implement measures to improve my Team's effectiveness. Through our HR Dept., we now have the opportunity to embrace educational opportunities to move our career forward and towards achieving our career goals. This has indeed been a great company to be a part of.

      Home Visits allowed for development of good relationship with patients

      Cons

      Poor work/life balance due to high demand in the field and then paperwork at home. Management very unsympathetic to workers basic need for time off, flexibility
