      Everyone is friendly, good compensation, enough growth to expand your role and learn, flexibility and autonomy.

      Cons

      US Centric, under investment in technology, non stop change in direction and poor financial control. Multiple M&As which have been delivered poorly. Office culture in Singapore is dreadful.

      Work life balance is great if you get along with your manager. Benefits are great too

      Pay is not great especially when other locations are making way more.
