Union. Some work schedule flexibility (depending on seniority), management, most of the time have worked their way up the ranks/ have worked in company or the location a long time and have pride in their job/ abilities.
Cons
Lackadaisical management. Everyone has low moral. It's like the end of the company is near and every one knows it. about 35% of the drivers are a bunch of whiny spoiled brats and whiners who think they are Prima-Donna status, and the company is so cheap, they won't even keep their printers and copiers going. If the company wants to stay alive they need to update their entire infastructure and do it very quickly, and dump their antiquated bogged down adminstratively-taxing old-fashioned paperwork where computerized means already exist and can speed up and create better accuracy in records and billing. This company is bleeding money from bad / old practices and people in charge who just don't give a damn, they just want their paycheck, so they can pay their mortgage and put food on the table.
