Takes so long to get back. Doesn't specify you need a permit before attending school. Make sure you get your medical clearance, cdl permit, dot fingerprint ect. To start. It delayed my signup.

There was a call with the manager to determine character fit for the team. After that then there was a second call with all of the engineers on the team to determine your technical ability.

The process was easy and quick. Two rounds of one hour long panel interviews with 2-4 people. This happened after the initial HR screening that consisted of a 30 minute phone interview. Typical questions. Typical process.
- They asked about previous experience and ideal work environment.

I applied through an employee referral. The process took 3 months. I interviewed at YRC Freight in Oct 2021
Good interview process, received through recommendation/referral. 3 rounds spaced out & received offer 1 month later. Initial screening call with recruiter. First interview with recruiter & Division VP, 2nd with direct Manager, 3rd & Final with Division VP again.
- Whats a day in the life look like for you? How do you distinguish yourself from the competition?

I spoke to a recruiter for a few minutes to determine experience qualifications, then spoke to another for about 30 minutes. Most of the interview was about my prior experience, and little about the job I was interviewing for.
- Describe how your current role will help you succeed here

I applied through an employee referral. The process took 3 days. I interviewed at YRC Freight in Jun 2021
I applied via LinkedIn and was also a referral from a current employee. I was called for the phone screen / 1st interview. Recruiter went over the job and asked me a few questions. I was told to expect an e-mail and a call or text setting up an interview with the hiring manager. I received no call, no e-mail, no text. I reached out two separate times to this person and got absolutely zero response.
- Have I ever used a salesforce type of software?

I applied online. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at YRC Freight (Las Vegas, NV) in May 2021
Was called for an interview. Notified them of my availability, which was wide open for their convenience. Never was provided a date/time and received a generic email about a week later telling me I wasn't moving forward.

I applied online. I interviewed at YRC Freight in Mar 2021
Fairly straight forward 10 minute phone interview. Questions not that difficult. The interviewer spout out all this information extremely quick about the position (almost as fast as those commercials where they spout out possible side effects of a medicine). I'm thinking they did this in hopes I didn't catch something. One of the things they said super quick is that it is full time, but there's no set schedule and you're on call. Major turn off for me because you can't really plan out things outside of work.
- What makes you qualified for this position?
