Pros
People at YP have different backgrounds (culture, education, etc.) which is very stimulating. You learn to empathize by being surrounding with several points of view. I liked the collaboration between teams, from west to east, in English or French. Being part of a group means your job is very specialized. YP promotes self-training with online subscriptions paid by them. The culture is big in the group. The salary was fair.
Cons
Being part of a group means you can't really change your tasks, you have to stay in your speciality. Your manager can be in a different location/province so sometimes it can be challenging to have good communication.
