Underpayed and no respect - Anonymous employee Yellow Pages Employee Review

Wage is the biggest problem unless you work in QC where you get yearly wages. The company does not treat employees outside of QC the same way as those in QC. So if you’re in QC good for you, HR will do anything for you. Sales is aggressive and under a lot of stress but they take it out on the operations teams. In the same vein operations teams are cut all the time and expected to absorb the work of everyone getting cut. So they are also aggressive to sales. Customer service won’t help any other team and refuses to initiate contact with customers on behalf of other teams. Also our IT company thinks they know how to run the business better than us at the company. Their support is laughable and rude if you can even call it support.
