Pros
Good if you are looking for a stable income as a working holiday visa ($950/pw) You meet nice people you can work in different stores in different cities while you are travelling good staff discount
Cons
The top management is arrogant, barely saying "hi" to you. When you give 100% of yourself, they will ask 110%. So don't work too hard. You can grow if you make friend or get close to a line manager. You will not have a routine, you will always have different shifts, sometimes starting at 7am and sometimes starting at 1:30pm Some people can be toxic, they are in competition between each other to get a sponsor from Zara. (nobody is saying it but yes Zara can sponsor)
