Disorganized, not motivated - Sales Associate Zara Employee Review

Very Poor employee discount, 15%. A lot of sales associates are not motived b/c commission is based on hrs you work per week. Older workers would like to give new workers more work. Not very good corporate culture. Disorganized on higher management. Sales are not clearly noticed who to talk to if they want to reschedule. Absolute NO opportunities for promotion. Manager don't respect sales somehow. Few communication between managers and sales.
