      Pros

      The pay was good since it was just for a sales associate position. It was 10.00 I only got 35 hours a week which is consider part time in there world so they dont have to pay full time benefits

      Cons

      I knew more about the employees then i did the store. they gossip to much and try to act as if everything is perfect, I know retail is messy but did not know it was gossip messy.

      Pros

      My coworkers and Managers felt like a family I felt supported and was able to make good connections At the time I was there my managers made it feel less daunting to ask questions or come to them if I had concerns about customers . I feel like if I stayed with Zara longer I would have been able to move within the company easily.

      Cons

      Air conditioning didn't work while I was there.
