Pros
You meet a lot of nice customers from all over the world who come in with a desire to look fashion forward but on a budget. If you like poeple, and have no plroblem multi tasking, this is the place for you.. But you must be ready to work, especially during holidays.. Oh and for a retail store, the pay is great, and the benefits are amazing!!
Cons
Lack of communication with managers. Difficult to get promotions. Not much overtime offered. Employee discount is very low, only 15%. The uniform is a pain, only managers et to wear their own Zara clothing...
