Pros
If you work hard, and have the right management team it's really easy to move up in the company. Pretty decent pay for retail, but the real pro of working are the people you work with.
Cons
Very little work/life balance. Corporate management has horrible communication, HR will tell you to do one thing while the commercial department says do something else which leaves the in store management very frustrated which can lead to a tense work environment for the rest of the staff.
