Pros
Friendly environment to work in with great fellow colleagues with similar mentality. Decent pay rate for casuals in retail.Working with fashion means first dibbs on pieces which come through the store
Cons
At times, not as busy and hence this means they have unfortunately cut down on casual shifts, meaning they may have oncerstaffed in the first place as the interview procedure was not as difficult as I expected.
