      If you are interested in fashion, you can learn a lot. Employee discounts are available if you work for 3 months or more.

      Cons

      It's too much work and it's hard. keep running through the store. Depending on the day the logistics come in, there are days when I go to work at dawn.

      Pros

      My coworkers and Managers felt like a family I felt supported and was able to make good connections At the time I was there my managers made it feel less daunting to ask questions or come to them if I had concerns about customers . I feel like if I stayed with Zara longer I would have been able to move within the company easily.

      Cons

      Air conditioning didn't work while I was there.
