Pros
Apart from the discounts you receive from working at Zara and getting work clothes and shoes that you can keep that is all the pros of working at Zara.
Cons
Most of the staff are not friendly and do not expect you to deliver great customer service. All they want is the job to be done and they will treat you the way they think is appropriate which in my perspective is awful.
