Pros
everyone's motivated to help Zendesk customers help their customers have better relationships. People have real friendships and engagement with coworkers. There's a lot of positive work-together energy. The hiring process was GREAT! Lots of meaningful conversations, connecting with people. Onboarding was well-structured, and not too-structured. Nice blend, and has felt very comfortable
