Thanks for your feedback. Some of the changes have definitely been challenging, but we believe they are necessary in order for us to continue moving in a positive direction. We also understand that you may not agree with some of our management decisions, but I can assure you that promotions are based on a variety of criteria, and popularity is not one of them. We continue to develop leaders through our newly designed leadership development and coaching programs, and we're very confident these programs will continue to build stronger leaders across Zenefits.
