Great peers; kind, joyful, hardworking peers for the most part. Zenith offers decent benefits, 401k, etc. Work weeks are 37.5 hours.
Cons
Read all of the cons in the reviews already provided for this company. They are accurate. Favoritism and nepotism (no matter how incompetent you are) are solely how you're promoted. I've witnessed first hand incompetent supervisors (no Workers' Compensation experience) and staff get away with borderline criminal acts. Once you're on the "Zenith Blacklist", you are not getting off. The majority of management follow suit if one superior is after you. It's few that are mature enough to stray from such unacceptable behaviors of their fellow "Leadership Team". Staff does not trust management and HR is useless. Retaliation will shortly follow. I have witnessed great, hardworking people be pushed out by bullying of superiors in this workplace. It is not right what this company condones their management team to do.
