Team is inclusive and helpful. Work / life management is great.

Cons

Pay is garbage and upper management is highly entitled and makes you feel like you should be grateful for the opportunity to work there.

Knowledgeable work force due to long-term employees who value passing knowledge to new hires and have good incentive to create long-term employees.

Cons

There was some considerable consolidation going on during the covid years which led to more work and less pay for everyone that did not really improve.
