      Pros

      They really like to invest in their employees and the people there are all very friendly. They will trust you with big projects on your own and give you a lot of creative freedom.

      Cons

      It's a smaller company and it only focuses on one area of insurance - worker's comp.

      Team is inclusive and helpful. Work / life management is great.

      Cons

      Pay is garbage and upper management is highly entitled and makes you feel like you should be grateful for the opportunity to work there.
