Pros

This company has some good ideas and some of their products can help a policyholder. The job had potential to be outstanding.

Cons

Management actions borders on criminal. I can't say enough about how poor, bizarre, and hostile this environment is to work in. One of the posts referred to what amounts to a systematic method of finding someone to pick on, creating an impossible environment to perform or work in, and then doing all they can to push them out. I agree with that post. I would like to add they then champion it as a leadership victory and move on to the next unlucky candidate so they can justify their "management" existence. If I am incorrect with that assumption, then it appears to be a place for sociopaths to hang out and enjoy playing mind games with people that came there only to earn a decent living and help. I have never experienced anything like this and would not wish it on any human.

Pros

Company has the resources to provide so much more to the industry. Simply too stuck in old ways. They are hiring. More from outside, but don’t empower or trust these people to make decisions without painful referral process. If 2/3 or more of what you work on requires “collaboration”, this isn’t collaboration….it is lack of authority.

Cons

2/3 of what you will work on requires a referral to bottleneck structures of individuals that have never worked anywhere but Zenith. Ability to provide creative and flexible solutions is limited. Company is great for homegrown talent that has never experienced an empowered and trusted cultured. Would avoid unless you have no other options.
